Selangor Herbatorium
 
Development
               Development of the 100 acres Selangor Herbatorium was first started in 2001 and reached full development in 2003.

               The park is located in Selangor Agro Forestry Park, an integrated park consisting of a tropical fruit plantation, deer farm, nursery garden and fish farm developed by Selangor Agricultural Development Corporation, an agency of the Selangor State Government.

                 The herbatorium was set up to undertake research and development activity in the field of herbal farming and eventually to become a commercially viable farm.

 
Mission Statement
 
   *   To carry out R&D activity on the cultivation of local herbal plants and production of
        herbal products.
   *   To be a commercially viable herbal farm in Malaysia and a market leader in the         production of local herbs.
